We booked a flight today to go to Durango in December. Anistynn will finally get to meet her her daddy's side of the family! :) All of them have yet to meet her. Time is already going so fast (she's a month old already and by the time they'll meet her, she'll be about 3 months old!!) so we want to get something going so that they can meet her while she's still fairly little. Tony's grandpa, grandma, and sister (Ashlee) will be coming in November for a weekend so that will be fun. But there's still lots of others so we'll be going up in the middle of December. We decided not to go during the holidays because of the crazy holiday travel, as well as high prices. So we'll be going for a week, December 13th - 20th. It will, of course, be Anistynn's first flight, as well as her first official trip! I hope she does well on the flight. I'll talk to the pediatrician before we leave for suggestions in case she doesnt do well (for whatever reason) but I'm willing to hear any suggestions from my readers as well! I'm more confidant about flying at that time because Anistynn will have had all of her vaccinations (which will be at her 2 month check up in November) and she'll be a little older. I think it will be fun to be there during a festive time, and for her to meet the other side of her family, as well as have them meet her!
