Ho, Ho, Ho! Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

Anistynn didnt have a costume this year because she is so tiny that she doesnt fit in anything! They have 0 - 3 months costumes but they were too huge. I even looked online and couldnt find anything besides pea pods. Meh. Not that it isnt cute, but I didnt want to spend money on it. Sooooo, we just got a cute Halloween onesie instead. Tonight consisted of a pumpkin shaped pizza, candy, and Anistynn's first viewing of The Nightmare Before Christmas. Trust me, there will be many more to come.

Annnnd... we got a bag of 250 pieces of candy and we didnt get a single trick or treater. Granted, we didnt get home until about 8 this evening (so maybe some came before then) but there were none while we were here. Whatever will we do with all that candy?? ;)

Did any of you catch Ellen today? Hilarious! It was a great show.

Oh and here are the cupcakes I made for Tony's coworkers. He took them in today and they loved them! :)

And finally, this was my Halloween decor for the year:

Hope you all had a fun Halloween!

Bakefest

Today I'm busy with cleaning house (since Tony has today off and can help with Anistynn) and baking! I decided to make cupcakes for the people at Tony's work. So I'm about to head to the store to get what I need. I'm making half of them chocolate and half of them white. They will be Halloween themed for him to take to work tomorrow (Halloween). Needless to say, I feel like Suzy Homemaker. I'll post pics tomorrow of how they turned out. In the meantime, I'll leave you with this video. Anistynn is really starting to hold her head up a lot lately so we were taking video of that. It's only about 3 minutes long. The end is cute too :)

Lincoln City

Today we went to Lincoln City for the day. It was Anistynn's first long car ride (2 hours each way) and her first trip to the beach! She did really well. She slept most of the time in the car. It might have helped that I was reading to Tony (Ellen DeGeneres' new book, Seriously... I'm Kidding) and I think my voice lulled her to sleep haha. We met my parents and Josh and Lia down there (they were staying at a beach house with another couple). We went down to the beach and took lots and lots of pictures. Then we went to dinner where I had a delicious chicken Caesar salad and roasted red potatoes. Yum! We just got back and it's late, so I'll post some of my favorite pictures of the day:

The hats featured in this post were made by Tony's grandma. Thanks, Bonnie! :)

Elated Moments

We finally got the disc of Anistynn's newborn pictures! She was technically 2 weeks old when these were taken, but it's close enough! Monica of Elated Moments Photography did an amazing job. We are very pleased! I'll share them with you now:
