I can hear the bells.....

Our wedding is 43 days away. Forty three. O.M.G. I mean, how else can I put it?? It's here in just a little over a month!! I'm soooo excited. But with excitement comes stress and there's been a lot of that too. As I stated in my previous post, the only thing that matters is that at the end of the day, I will be married to the love of my life. But by deciding to have a wedding, there are details to be planned, and the planning, along with financial aspects, proves to be very stressful at times. But honestly, we cant complain. We have lucked out with getting the best vendors recommended, major discounts with lots of details, and we will be able to share our special day with our closest friends and family members. Everything is good to go for October 10th, so in the meantime, we are just wrapping up details, having final meetings, and waiting in anticipation to be joined together! Here are some details that I've been dealing with:

- Currently I am picking out fun wedding music for the reception so if anybody has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them!
- I ordered the supplies for the favors we have decided to do and we are looking forward to putting them all together!
- I am just now getting my invitations put together and they will be sent out early next week. It's cutting it pretty close but we had some problems with them so we have to deal, right? It'll be alright though.
- I bought the gifts for my wedding party and I cant wait to see their reactions :) I had fun with it and they definitely deserve something. They have all been so loyal and great and have jumped right in with everything.
- We scheduled our final meetings with our officiant (who is British, by the way), photographer, caterer, DJ, florist, and wedding planner.

And of course, our lives are going on in the midst of all this wedding planning. I've been working, Tony's been doing the same, and we are just taking care of all of our bills, household duties, pet needs, and friends and family events. But that's just how it goes and we love it :)

Oh - some exciting things that happened this past month:

- My sister Tera got married at the lake! We were able to go for the weekend, and it was such a blast. Their wedding turned out AWESOME and it was perfect for the pair of them. When they were up their reciting their vows, Tony turned toward me and whispered, "I cant wait until that's us up there." It was so sweet.

- My birthday was the 6th and Tony got my friends together and we went and saw "Step Up 3", then to the Olive Garden for dinner, and then back to our place for cake and ice cream. It was perfect. And to top it all off, he got me a puppy!!! He picked out a wiener dog for me from a breeder in Salem. He's a 3 month old Dapple (black, white, and brown) and we named him Bentlee. He's such a sweetheart and I'm totally in love with how tiny he is :) He's going to be a good dog, not to mention a beautiful adult. I love adding to our family!

- My sister Lia and I went to see Lady Gaga and had an ABSOLUTE BLAST!!!!! She was an amazing performer (as I knew she would be). It was such a great show. Hilarious, creative, and beautiful. It was wicked good. I got some great video of it.

Anyway, that's about it for now. I will leave you with this website - a definite must have:
